Shipping & Delivery

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

We design and manufacture all garments to your specifications. We seek to dispatch your order within 28 days, unless we advise you otherwise. This will be subject to availability of materials. We will, however, endeavour to dispatch your order earlier if possible.

SHIPPING

All items are delivered in discreet, plain packaging with adequate insurance to match the value of the item. We offer free shipping for all UK orders. For international orders, there is a flat rate per item. International shipping fees are calculated at the time of your order. Please bear in mind the customs regulations for your country and that you may be charged import duty and VAT on your purchase.

For international orders, to save on shipping and packaging costs, we do not offer a split shipment option. Your order will be shipped to you as soon as all items are ready for shipment.

NON-DELIVERY

Please be aware that we take no responsibility for late or non-delivery by carrier unless we are notified within 2 working days from the expected delivery date.

INCORRECT GOODS

Please notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of hours of delivery. Please do not wear the item, as we cannot refund you if the item has been worn. We are unable to exchange or refund for any worn garments. It is your responsibility to notify us of any problems.

SHORTAGE

Please make sure you check and sign for the correct number of packages on receipt. Any shortages should be noted on the delivery note and ensure that you notify us of the problem within 24 hours.  If you do not have time to check the delivery in the presence of the delivery agent, please sign the delivery note as ‘unchecked’.

DAMAGED DELIVERIES

It is your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to your delivered garments. Please ensure that you note any damage on the delivery note and notify us immediately (and not later than 48 hours after delivery). Do not dispose of the packaging, as this will be used to investigate the damage to your garment. Disposal of the packaging will invalidate any claim against the carrier and we may not be able to refund or replace your items.
