We want you to be happy with your purchase. For Bespoke and Made to Measure items, please ensure that you take every precaution to ensure your correct details are sent to us, as, understandably, we cannot be held responsible for any omission on your part.
Ready To Wear items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if unworn and in the original packaging.
Due to the nature of bespoke clothing we are unable to accept any returns for Made To Measure or Bespoke items after the design has been finalised. Please note that changing your mind about the fabric or design after the garment has been finalised is not a valid reason for return. If, however, you are unhappy with your purchase in any other way, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately and we will work with you to remedy the situation.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you have received incorrect goods from us, we will refund you or replace the garment. For Bespoke and Made to Measure items, please be aware that once the final design is agreed, no refunds or replacements will be possible, up to and including the time of delivery.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will received the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
